    Hi Paul!

I have a screen accurate BR peacoat, dark navy, 100% wool in size medium. Used but in good condition. If you're between a medium and a large I think it would fit you perfectly. It's just a tad too big on me and I usually get M, sometimes S. My chest measures 39.5". I'm 5'7 and weigh 155 pounds.

    Some garment measurements.

    Shoulders: 18.5"
    Chest, pit to pit: 43"
Back length from top of the collar: 28.8"
Looking for a ROYALE Filmwear Talamone Shawl Collar Cardigan, size medium. Preferably in Europe, but the US would work as well. Feel free to send a PM!

    Hi guys.
I don't want to hijack the thread but can someone give me the differences between the 100% and 80/20 wool version please?
    Thank you very much.

You can buy them new from Billy Reid, you know.

Yeah ..but with vat on to the uk they end up as being rather costly.

Have purchased one from a member on here so this can be closed.

Apart from the fabric I don't think there is a difference in the older versions - I believe the more recent ones have a different label.
My name has changed! I’m no longer dufus......now I’m DB6

    Hi Duncan.
Thank you very much for your answer. In fact I wanted to know if the 100% wool version was of a better quality than the 80/20 ? What are the pros and cons on each version......because I've got a 80/20 version and maybe I would be interested to find a 100% wool if it's better ;-)
    Cheers

Well I'd say the 100% wool version is a little better, screen accurate and it's considerably rarer. That being said I asked Billy Reid why the change to a 80/20 wool/nylon blend and I was told it was to reduce pulling of the jacket and to increase it's durability. Duncan is right that there is a difference in the interior tag design and I've found that there can be variations in color on the collar and pocket flaps.

OK thank you very much Mike. So in fact, durability of the 80/20 version is better so maybe it's a keeper finally !!!

Pilling* and you're welcome! The 80/20 is more than adequate and I don't see the need to buy the 100% wool version.
