Needs more Leiter

I'm hoping that Felix Leiter has a greater presence in NTTD than he has had in the previous films, seeing as he's likely to be replaced after DC passes on the Walther to the next Bond.
I personally love Jeffrey Wright in the role and feel he has been under-utilised in the Craig films. I know in the Connery etc films Leiter isn't omnipresent but he does make a fair few appearances with more screen time.
I'm not looking for this to be a buddy-spy film but it'd good to give JW's Leiter a decent send off.
What do you guys think?

Yes but my martini's still dry.

Hope I'm wrong ... I like him too -{
In all the other films Leiter's just an otherwise interchangeable bit player who helps Bond with some random paperwork or delivers one piece of exposition and is gone. If you hadn't read Fleming's books, you wouldn't know the latest generic American in a suit talking to Bond for thirty seconds out of the entire film was supposed to be a proper character.
Wrights screentime may not have added up to much either, but his actions were pivotal to the plot in Quantum... and he looks to be doing the same in the next one. Classic Leiter was never pivotal to the plot except that one time he disagreed with something that ate him.
Perhaps he'll get mauled by a shark again. After all, they have sharks in Jamaica. Maybe this time it will happen when he's just going for a leisurely swim.
I wouldn't be surprised if he gets more screen time in NTTD as he is Fukunaga's type of character and Fukunaga is great at doing the interplay between two strong characters who differ significantly in tact and personality but are put together for common goal or cause.
