Golden Fox Boondocker and other J Crew Kenton alternatives

Hi All,

I'm considering purchasing the golden fox boondockers but wanted to see if any others have bought them and would value feedback on the boots and their quality.

Plus also open to suggestions to any other boots that are a similar style (colour, shape) and of a decent standard - good leather, goodyear welted.

I'm not adamant they resemble the J Crew Kentons, my criteria for the boots are that they follow the same colour way (taupe/tobacco/sand/beige/stone or whatever is best) with flat laces and ideally speed lacers at the top.

Gladly welcome suggestions.

I think they are just as scarce as the J Crew Kenton... but Aldo did a suede ankle boot with the sand color, speed eyelets at the top and brick red soles too... I picked those up after the Kenton's dried up.. They've been great.. You may or may not be able to track those down... I checked eBay U.S. to no avail just now..
