All the villains bar Boris together. This film has excellent baddies.

The pleasure Onatop gets when she says “He’s going to derail us.”

Good chemistry between Pierce and Isabella.

Famke has little to say in this scene, but every one of her performed expressions and reactions is priceless.
Critics and material I don't need. I haven't changed my act in 53 years.

So true! So much better than the past few films.

Ourumov's death is too briefly passed over. He's been such a good presence in this film, his demise seems a bit perfunctory.

Music- “Ballad Of Boredom”. Must have taken him at least 5 minutes

I like how the Bond girls are unknown to the general cinema audience.

Wade's gardening fetish is only hinted at.

I just realize how good Natalia is compared the Kara.
President of the 'Misty Eyes Club'.

Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!

Cubby always felt that star names (other than Bond himself) added nothing to the box-office.

That kiss after the explosion seems a little forced; always thought it came out of nowhere.

    More langweilig music, Higgins

Jack Wade again, with a sluggish exposition infusion. Creates a bit of a slump after all the dramatic momentum we'd had before.

And far, far better executed by other Bond composers especially the regulars.

TSWLM callback with the rocket from the lake.

Brosnan can be melancholic without tearing up. Phew

Sickly beach scene. Natalya doesn't convince romantically. At least Kara tried a lot harder in the saccharine romantic stakes...

Better than if Serra is hacking on his Casio, don‘t you agree? :v

The plane going over the island mirrors the PTS where the plane goes over the dam—only just noticed that.

Yes, for once you're right. His slower pieces are better than his "action" music- still doesn't say much, since those are so bad.

    Remember, "better" doesn't mean "good".

And if it was anyone but Bond in that plane, the missile would’ve blown it up immediately...

This hallucinatory bit, the shot up at the chopper. A callback to 'Apocalypse Now'. But also anticipates Craig coming round from hallucination in Campbell's CR.
