For anyone who doesn't know, Stephens' mother is the incomparable Maggie Smith and his father was Robert Stephens- who once was an excellent Sherlock Holmes
Toby Stephens makes a much better Bond (Radio 4 series) than he did a Bond villain.
With apologies to anyone non-UK who doesn't get the reference, he reminds me a bit of Dominic Raab, in this role (the minister who'd been deputising for Boris Johnson)... the same false smile with a hint of a sneer.
Critics and material I don't need. I haven't changed my act in 53 years.

Oh excellent! Thank you Shady! I knew I'd been reminded of someone by Raab's...er... performances over the last few weeks.
How exactly did “Graves” become so much of a figure, to the level that he’s knighted, in 14 months...well actually much less than that—Bond was imprisoned for that long but Moon had to go though extensive (months) of surgery???
Charles Robinson works well as a virtual reality 'gaming'-type shooter.
Now, the infamous invisible car... and to add insult to injury, the famous Bond/Q dialogue from GF is reprised while everyone in the audience is still groaning in despair about the idea of the car.
But Cleese is appropriately Fawlty/Pythonesque.

Can almost see Raab parachuting in to the daily briefings with a Union Jack chute.

Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!
A highlight of the film.

Yes was great scene—thought Stephens was very good in it with so much aggression.
