Ah Mrs Bell! One of the many “I’m still on the Valium after meeting Bond” bystanders, but def one of the best!
This is Thunderbird 2, how can I be of assistance?

If Bond had any knowledge about Rolex, he knew that there are no numbers on Rolex casebacks
President of the 'Misty Eyes Club'.

Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!

The car vs plane is a poor action scene. In fact the first half of LALD is light on standout action.

It's terrible. The only reason why the scene 'happens' is because everyone's an idiot.

I remember everyone loving it in the packed cinema when this first came out. Mrs Bell's "Holy s-it!" raised the roof

    (even though muted)

Ones of his best scenes. Maybe it's just that he's American, but his manner with Bond here reminds me of Savalas in OHMSS... but maybe more dangerous...

Music- “Solitaire Gets Her Cards”- it's a pun in British English. "Getting your cards" means being fired.

Yes, he's a really good villan.

Honestly, I'd rate him as one of the best villains. He's commanding and competent. He's plot also makes sense when you think about it.

Which isn't always the case :))

the scene With 007 stuck on the little island is perhaps the best scene in the movie, and the way he gets off the island is the best stunt in the movie.

Bond is now on the island

Moore's new Bond needed an original stunt set piece, that would be a talking point for his new movie. This was it (along with the extended boat chase)

The Movie really opens up and becomes a full on Bond film withy lots of great stunts and set pieces after they arrive at the croc farm. No TV feel now!
