Paris Summertime: 21:00
New York local time 15:00
LA local time 12:00

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WE ARE ALL STARTING 10 MINUTES LATER !

The 19:00 deadline is set so that everybody has enough time to find their DVDs/Blu Rays, boot their players and get done with the menus and pause right before the gunbarrel sequence.

WE ARE STARTING PRECISELY AT 19:10

- Please make sure that everybody has their BluRay/DVD/VCR ready and start the player latest 19:00 GMT to get done with all the dodgy menus.
- PAUSE YOUR PLAYER RIGHT BEFORE THE GUNBARREL
- HIT PLAY PRECISELY AT 19:10.
I‘ll post some timecodes during the thread just in case that somebody has messed it up

Yes, played by Alison Doody. When she was trading sexual inuendos with Roger Moore he was a mere 39 years older than her. I'm pretty sure AVTAK was made a few year prior to #MeToo ….

Ah, but the relevant question is whether all involved in the production, cast and crew, were mutually respectful. I don't think there's ever been a suggestion that Roger Moore was anything other than a gentleman, and quite protective of others on set (the odd prank aside). In fact, it was he who complained that one of the woman actors in a Bond film (he didn't say who in public; not necessarily one of the leading ladies) behaved inappropriately in a romantic scene.

The casting of Monica Bellucci in SP was a recent exercise in being more inclusive with regard to age and Bond women... and arguably Judi Dench was the true 'Bond girl' of SF.

As for the 80s, wasn't one of Duran Duran's first hits, 'Girls On Film'?

All true. I'm not saying what happened was a horrible thing, even though that pairing was the best idea even then. Still, "times change" was what I was trying to say.

Indeed, and even AVTAK didn't have a Bibi Dahl...

    Great work, Gymkata!

In that first pic, she looks a bit like the later Miranda Frost too.

Excellent - Time to watch part II of Times Arrow Star Trek The Next Generation.

Is it me or does Alison Doody look as though she has a mischievous sense of humour?
