Moore looks tired in that scene

This looks like a pensioners' outing! :))

    It really does.

Tibbet calling Brown's M "Admiral". Same rank as Bernard Lee's M. Also supports the idea that Brown's M is the same character that he played in TSWLM, Admiral Hargreaves.
Critics and material I don't need. I haven't changed my act in 53 years.

It’s funny seeing the Eiffel Tower in this scene makes me think of Superman!

    Obergine is badly dubbed!
This is Thunderbird 2, how can I be of assistance?

Music “May Day Jumps” misprinted on 2003 release as “May Day Jumpers”. Basically the Bond Theme with variations

The Hercule Poirot character... pure stereotype, for mainly comic value
Critics and material I don't need. I haven't changed my act in 53 years.

Moore and Macnee make the first act of the film. You can tell that they're having a blast just riffing off of each other. Indeed, some of their better lines feel like ad-libs.

    Old pals.

This Whole action sequence is great, but why didn't they apint the spring board the stunt man is standing on blue?

There was a big competition in a german newspaper becoming the next Bond Girl.

She‘s the one near the cake. 2 seconds of fame

It’s amazing how all the stuntmen look remarkably like Roger Moore.

Simon Templar and John Steed are in the background to Bond and Tibbett here as both seem to teeter on the brink of has-been status as far as action/adventure is concerned...

I love that the second stuntman went ahead and went, even though they were satisfied with the first jump. Got in huge trouble if I remember correctly.

That must have been very awkward. He had to be fired on the spot.

I think these scenes in the courtyard and around the stables are a bit slow.

The castle looks fantastic, but imagine swithing the plot froom horse breeding to F1 racing and Dalton inflitrating Zorins' operation as a race driver. I think it would work really well.
