Medrano is also a good, rather disturbing villain. He, Greene and Beam conceivably belong to the same dirty world. What's missing is a blast of moral outrage/ contempt in their direction... of the sort that Moore gave Orlov and Zorin.

Who would have been a great Bond villain back in the day. That voice saying "Ah, come in Mr Bond" would have been superb.
His generous moustache is a highlight of the film for me.
The fact he makes Felix feel awkward is nicely played between him and Wright.
Greene and Elvis’s Evening suits look cheap.
