Was surprised by Dame Judi's cameo first time I saw this.

Nice to see Dame Judi again. Since they used her image in different other parts of the film, it was as well to offer her the short cameo, I suppose.

    Do they or don't they?

Bond's age on the paperwork matches Craig's

Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!

I like Tanner's relationship with Bond here.

(Irl... it was sad to see Rory Kinnear in a news programme this week, holding back tears while describing how his disabled sister has passed with Covid.)

I wonder if they would have made point of Tom Cruise steping off a boat in MI? :))

Q does a proper Q scene here. The way he laughs at his own joke is a new brand of Q humour which really works for the character.

Love the interplay between Q and Tanner and Craig. Tanner gives a small chuckle when Q says the alarm on the watch is a bit loud.

Q and Craig really bond in this film.

Monica Bellucci is under-used in this film, but all the photography of her, especially at the funeral, is awesome.

She'd have made a great Melina Havelock (though would have been too young for the part in 81). She'd also have been a brilliant Paris, and her role here echoes Paris in some regards.
