I think it's silly how easily Bond is okayed by the SPECTRE security, just by flashing the ring.
Critics and material I don't need. I haven't changed my act in 53 years.

The movie is absolutely brilliant until the „cuckoo“
President of the 'Misty Eyes Club'.

Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!

    Well he‘s not.
Blofeld obviously lets him in but his man are following Bond

Here's where the movie starts to falter. This whole sequence here where he meets the organization is just...dull. It kinda gets some zing when Hinx does his thing but overall, this is just tedious.

It's too long; would have worked better if there was less of it.

I like the board meeting and Blofeld's intro, especially his first line which seems to be delivered in homage both to Joseph Wiseman and Eric Pohlmann.

The arrogance of Guerra, who stands up to replace Sciarra, is well done... as is Blofeld's whispered exchanges with the chairman.

The cuckoo is obviously a reference to Bond being a cuckoo child but it‘s not coming across and seems childish because we don‘t know that so early in the movie.

"Welcome James!" is the let-down part for me. And "Cuckoo!" is in Donald Duck territory.

When the comms with Monepenny start, I honestly forget we're in the middle of a car chase.

The OO9 'New York New York' gag reminds me of a standing joke in the Matt Helm films when Dean Martin is always poo-pooing Old Blue Eyes...
