I'm looking at the great Thunderballs.org website, and am I interpreting this incorrectly, or did they reshoot the "Bahamas Return" scene, having shot it once here using the Miami/Armani outfit?
You can see Craig in the makeup chair in the grey t-shirt, but also a body double or stand-in wearing the whole outfit in the background?
Imagine how much we'd have all saved on polos over the years!

I don’t think it would be for a rehearsal for the night scene as that is Miami and the photo is Bahamas.
Very cool find with the photo! It’s great that these things can be rediscovered so many years after the film.
Maybe there was originally a quick glimpse of Bond in the Miami outfit as he left the Bahamas which was cut from the film. Saying that with the helicopter in the background it kind of points to him returning in the same outfit.
The Miami scenes were shot in the UK too, so no reason to have this outfit on set in the Bahamas.
