These photography scenes during the end credits. They were supposed to come earlier in the film when Austin starts photographing Vanessa in Vegas. They slowed the film down too much so they were yanked from there and reused for the credits.

Of course I agree with you, and love those movies as well (plus "Police Squad"- in colour). I was literally sore with laughing so much on seeing "Airplane". Had to go back and watch again to catch the jokes I'd missed the first time.
"The thing is, this film has actual joke structure. The sequels relied too much on just pointing the camera at Meyers and letting him goof off for endless minutes. The have moments that work but for the most part just grate on me."
The sequels tend to lose sight of what they're originally supposed to be parodying- which is Bond- and go after random celebrity cameos and pop culture references instead. Still fairly entertaining films though...
According to IMDB there are differences between the American and European cuts of the film. The British DVD includes the expanded/deleted scenes with Lois Chiles, Rob Lowe and the security guard who orders "orange shur-bert!" The US version doesn't, as these scenes were edited out for timing or censorship reasons in the States.

Keep in mind people might be viewing slightly different versions (difference of approx 5 mins) of this depending on their location (if they're viewing via DVD, not sure if bluray or streaming is the same).

Whenever I've watched Austin Powers it always has the Lois Chiles scene included and I think the Rob Lowe scene is included also.
