Apologies if there is a thread for this. I’ve tried to contact Church’s ie email from website; tried to leave message on their site it won’t load finally tried Instagram no luck. Does anyone have an email contact.
Have to say pretty poor compared to say Crockett &Jones whose service fantastic tempted to get another pair of Tetbury in suede or their Brecon looks cool cheers

Tried to email them years ago with a question, and never got a reply. I suggest buying from a retailer that sells them rather than trying direct since their customer service is nonexistent. Good luck

Thanks. It didn’t help that their website didn’t allow you to make to make a request you entered all the info but it never loaded. Anyway a bit weird but out of the blue after a couple of weeks I got an email from customer service and a response on Instagram. As no stores in Oz recommended I contact a London store and they gave me direct emails to them. I chose Jermyn St and got a response within a day with price etc.
I’ve confirmed I want a pair so hopefully sorted . They look great . I didn’t like the Drakes and missed out in J Crews but these look nicer.
Also plan to get the C&J Highbury Le.

Just a postscript the shoes arrived today. Jermyn street couldn’t have been nicer they gave me bank details and I paid.I’m really stoked with them. They are the first Church’s I’ve bought I’ve got 3 pairs of C&J and I’ll get the Highbury LEs . The quality and look of the ryders superb.
