Tom Ford Suit sizing advise

Greetings!
I don't really have the luxury of going into a Tom Ford store to try on any of their suits and find the closest size that fits me best.
I'm wondering if any of you have any advise or (best guess) what size I should aim for. The best information I can provide is that a
Tom Ford slim fit button up dress shirt in size 41/16 fits me perfectly. It looks like it was tailor made for me.
And as far as the bottom half goes, I wear size 31-32 in tf jeans. I'm also 5'10. Thanks in advance!

I have a couple O'Connor suits and we sound to be about the same size. A 38R works if you like a close fit. But I typically get a 40R and have it taken in because it's a much better fit for me. A lot depends on your chest and shoulder size. What suit brand fits you best and what size?
