Hi all.
I've been a massive Bond fan and collector for probably the best part of 30 years now. Over the last couple of years I decided to try my hand at making props to sell. I've put a lot more effort in recently due to work circumstances through Covid-19 so I'd like to present my latest piece of handiwork.
From one of my favourite films of the modern era (if you can call a 25 year old film the modern era). The Goldeneye Severnaya Access Card and Firing key.
The access card is 0.8mm thick brushed steel with die cut edges and cut out areas. The type is embossed and then infilled with black ink. The reverse has a genuine mag stripe at the bottom which has a great feel. I just got these today and I am well impressed by the quality.
The firing key is CNC machined solid steel and gold plated weighing 55 grams. The firing key is a bit of a work in progress, I only have this one prototype at the moment as it is proving to be very expensive to have these made. It's difficult to get a decent photo of this as it is so shiny the light just bounces off it everywhere !
The access cards though, I do have a number of these so if anyone is interested please drop me a message if you would like to buy one. The price would be £25 which includes postage to the UK only. Please ask for a postage price to other countries.
I'd love to know what you think of these two items and get any feedback.
Thanks.
