Anyone familiar with this version of the BR peacoat (metal buttons)?

Even besides the buttons, it's not SA, as it appears to black, have brown leather, and the sleeves are different (and have buttons). BUT.. I got it for a steal. And it's 100% wool. Nerd warning: there are some things misrepresented in the listing, (which bothered me...until it didn't). You'll have to scroll to the fifth photo to see the actual coat.

I haven't been able to find much online about it other than some old mentions. Does anyone here have it?
Bonus questions:
Owing to the alternative design here, the sleeves on this look like they shouldn't be more difficult to change the length than suit sleeves would be.
How difficult is it to modify the sleeves on the regular/SA Bond peacoat?
Do you think it would be possible to make these sleeves look SA, or is that triangle on the back of the sleeves of the SA jacket actually a separate piece of fabric (and not just one of the two sides of the sleeve with some fancy stitching)?
I've heard that Mantis had an XL turned into a M. I think I'll be having this slimmed down a bit (though perhaps not that extreme!) and was wondering if there was anywhere he shared his experience of having that done?
Thanks, all.

This particular jacket was only offered at some of the trunk shoes that Billy Reid did. Regarding the sleeves the triangle part is actually a separate piece of fabric so you'd need to get a 100% wool piece to make the change for it to be accurate but it may be more.trouble than it's worth. I don't think Mantis now The Bond Experience did an in depth explanation about his jacket alterations but he did a video from when he received his tailored jacket. Hopefully that answered most of your questions!
Turns out...Surgeon's cuffs.

In terms of modifying the sleeves of the normal coat, I had a tailor lengthen mine - they are rolled back and stitched with about an inch of material inside the sleeve which allows some lengthening (or shortening). I also had a small bit of slimming below the armpits and the tailor was able to do it no issue.
