Q Branch SIS sizing

I read the sizing and it’s saying a large is 15 inches. This seems odd, can anyone say if sizing is different?

Which item are you looking at? I will say my manufactures sizing guides can be a bit confusing.

Personally, I'm 5'10, 185lbs and a 40inch chest and I fit a Medium.

Thanks for the reply! I’m a 33/34 in pants and a medium/large in shirts.
