Hello everyone,
I am looking for a replica of the lion statue that sits on top of M's desk.
I have been looking quite a while and trawling through ebay on a regular basis.
Any ideas on the length and material.

Which Bond film are you thinking about?
When the film came out, I found a set of bookends featuring Landseer's lions at the shop of the British National Museum. Unfortunately, it wasn't just the lion on a plinth, there was also a back to it to support books and therefore not identical to the one on M's desk (although it could well have been one of the bookends that had been modified). I don't believe they offer them anymore but I could be wrong. I believe they were resin and quite heavy, I'd guess probably about 10" long and about 5-6" high, but that's just a guess.
Any chance of an image for reference? (M's office decor was known to change.)
BTW, I'm looking for the bust of Churchill which sometimes appeared in the office on a credenza opposite his desk.
[No clue why but this apparently sat as a draft in my out box for a year.]
