DB10 Dash-top message screen?

Hi

Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can find a dashboard message screen, as Q-fitted to the DB10, reporting "Atmosphere enabled for 009" and "Ammunition Not Loaded" in the Rome chase scene please?

Looks to be Led in a stainless case
