Apologies no intended breach, I didn’t believe that would constitute a breach anymore than other replica clothing I’ve seen on here. This isn’t being sold or advertised as real so it isn’t technically a fake, it’s a replica of the original one sold and was advertised as such. No issues for me, happy to remove.

It very technically IS a fake in every sense of the word as it has Omega and 007 branding on it which are both registered trademarks. Something that replica clothing doesn’t have.
If it didn’t have the registered trademarks on it, then it would have been fine.
Not trying to split hairs with you pal. I have taken your advice, duly accepted it, and taken it down with an apology. Interesting to see what the stance is on trademarks and emblems if the Ericsson flip phone replicas come up for sale! Lol.
