Effectively its the same belt - that's a UK military issue PLCE belt which has had the roll pin buckle attached after-market - a standard upgrade for UK soldiers. The yolk attachment points (metal squares) are the same or very close to the metal loops on the screen used one, although they have been made into keepers with leather tabs - a modification by wardrobe.
From my eye, (and i'm happy to be corrected), although the face weave and width of the main belt on the screen used one is identical, I don't. think its the 2 layer PLCE one you see here (i.e. with the pouch retaining pockets on the inside) - Bonds belt looks to be more supple than these belt, which, from experience I can say remain rigid for life! maybe @Asp9mm can confirm either way here.
You can get black versions of the PLCE belt like this, as they were issued to UKGS, some police units and other specialists, but they are hard to get on the second hand/surplus market, and I have never seen an example of a black issued belt with the roll pin buckle, they have all had the standard fastex QR buckles.

I have seen a model even closer to the screen but it seems that it could have been painted in black.

I took a few quick ones when I was filming at Christie's. Not sure if they are of any use at all, but here they are-
