It's a fun vid. As per usual with these things, some are references and some are just the sort of similarities you get when you're 25 films into a series: a Naval ship and a scuba diver aren't references, they're just similar things popping up again.
It would be fun if the skis were the same; I'm not sure we can quite see them clearly enough to know for sure, but maybe.
Voice recorder on Moneypenny's desk matches the one used by Madeleine at the Hoffler Klinik. I took that as perhaps a subtle clue that Madeleine is still in the fold and MI6 liaising with her prior to Bond's return.
Always have an escape plan. Mine is watching James Bond films.
