Fleming's film version of Moonraker

An ambitious Fleming conceived his third plot as an off-the-peg movie for his new hero. It fell through, so it became his third novel Moonraker. Perhaps this is why he felt okay about adapting/adopting his Thunderball script devised with others into a novel. Anyway, today's Observer did something on this, acc to Bond Twitter.
