Are there any Bond fanfiction on MI6 without Bond?

Since Bond retires or quits on various occasions in the several incarnations, but M and Q and Moneypenny remain, what are they all working on without Bond in terms of saving the world? Maybe fanfiction addresses them with a 008, 0010 etc ?After all, the enemies don't disappear!
