You could try a some spray starch, but sometimes they can get shiny after ironing. I’ve done this in the past with true Harrington’s.
One of the things I really like about the TF/Royale collar is that it pops nicely and doesn’t flop as much as the two-button varieties.
The collar on my Royal Harrington is popped up by itself. Its been like this for a couple of years now. I am hanging it in the closet zipped up. Maybe this has something to do with it.
