Hi,
I have a copy of this book that I'm interested in getting a better idea of it's potential value.
It does not have the signed card or any signatures.
Only slight flaw is a very small hole on the dust cover, but otherwise in excellent condition.
Would appreciate any advice please.

Very vague as market changes and ultimately it was a limited edition gift so many obtained for free - which makes it both price less and priceless...but copies have come up through commercial auction, charity auction and private sale.
Signed; £4-5k+ all the way up to 5 figures depending who has signed, number, and when it was after release etc.
Unsigned: under that.
Low recent auction prices circa £3-4k - but last two I saw came with the Barbara and Michael card - and remember they have auction fees of circa 30% so that means £4-5k+ to the buyer.
Thanks @Royale-les-Eaux that's very helpful. I'm hoping I may be able to get DC to autograph at some point through a work contact so that should help with the value I hope...
And Royale should know as they sold one on here a few months ago! 😊
