Socks with Solden Danner Boots

This seems like a crazy question, but have the socks worn with the Danner mountain light boots in Solden ever been identified?

I’ve searched for thick charcoal/grey wool socks and haven’t found anything close, and I really like the rollover the top of the boot look, plus I need the extra thickness for the boots.
