FRWL framed section of map

Came across this for sale online.

Claims to be an out of 100 made section of map used in FRWL mounted in this frame. I couldn't see any details of who made this or where the map came from. Has anyone seen this before, is it legit?

    If legit, it would be adorned with usual registered mark references. The B&w imagery looks odd. Modern 007/Bond silhouette all look wrong. So called collectables continue to be made in container quantities from overseas.
