TLD Philips Keyfinder batteries

Anyone know what batteries the Philips promotional item takes? I have recently got one and not sure if it is not working or I am not using the right batteries. Tried smallest ones I have which fit but nothing working….not even sure which way up they go as no markings.

No I have 2 of these and neither work, I think the button batteries corroded after 37 years

I bought one maybe a couple of years ago and was rather amazed it barely worked (although the batteries seemed to be nearly drained). I opened it up at the time and I believe it was using 2xLR41 batteries.
