3 Bond actors were on Hawaii Five - O :
Jack Lord ("Book'em Danno !")
Christopher Walken (played a sailor. "In the navy !" lol)
Teru Shimada (Osato in YOLT played a WW2 criminal)
Walken , Pryce & Bouquet were in the comedy A business affair.
Kiel got a sledgehammer in his jewels by Clint himself in Pale Rider.
Kiel & Barbara Bach have been in at least 3 movies together (Spy , Force 10 from Navarone , The humanoids)
Patrick Bauchau (Scarpine in AVTAK) is on Pretender.
Donald Pleasence were in most of the Halloween movies.
Telly Savalas was in Kellys Heroes (great movie !) , Horror Express (with Christopher Lee)
Do you know any others ?

He was also in Don't Say a Word which co-starred Famke Janssen (Xenia).
I thought Dalton was the only thing decent thing in the 1980 movie Flash Gordon, where he plays a space Prince who is fist a bitter rival, then an ally of Flash, who was woefully played by the blond himbo (a male bimbo) Sam Jones. Dalton naturally acts the pants off of Jones - and the rest of the cast for that matter. Brian Blessed's spirited "Gordon's Alive???" roar always makes me grin though.
I felt Dalton stole the show in the 1991 forgettable Disney adventure movie "The Rocketeer" where he plays a Clark Gable like 30's movie star who is also a secret Nazi Agent. In this movie, he plays a even greater charmer than what he did as Bond and with this in mind, I feel it was ashame that he didn't do at least one more Bond as he could have developed the character even further.
On the subject of Clark Gable, Dalton also played the role of Rhett Butler in the 1995 TV mini - series "Scarlett", a sequel to Gone With The Wind. More recently, he played the role of Julius Caesar in a TV remake of the 1963 epic flop Cleopatra. I admit to having seen neither of these TV series but despite their limited successes, Dalton plays parts that I would imagine he would seem very comfortable in.
And Tim was especially good as Neville Sinclair, the Errol Flynn lookalike and chief villain in The Rocketeer. He can turn on the charm as well as any other leading man, and he seemed very comfortable in this role.
I've seen the tv version of Cleopatra and it's very well done--much better than the Burton/Taylor film.Dalton is very impressive as Caesar, and after he dies the production, while still entertaining, isn't as interesting.Caesar is a powerful figure and Tim imbues him with just the right amounts of charisma, authority and humility.Billy Zane's Marc Antony--although certainly well acted--just isn't his equal. But to be fair, neither was the real Antony compared to the real Caesar.
It was very brave of Timothy Dalton and Joanne Walley to follow in the footsteps of Clark Gable as Rhett Butler and Scarlett O'Hara. They both give professional performances and neither actor imitates Gable and Vivien Leigh. The mini-series--entitled "Scarlett"--isn't bad on it's on terms but it's kind of ordinary and it's always been held against Gone With the Wind and found wanting.
Check out Tim Dalton's performance in the miniseries "Centennial"(1976).He plays a British rancher in Colorado over several decades, aging from his mid-20s to his early 70s.A great performance-intelligent and well nuanced.

Sean Bean is in the new National Treasury "He's Got The Bloody Map!" movie (yay for Sheffield woot woot) which he shouldn't die in!
That was clearly one of his finest movies. Especially when he chases down the guy that stole the jacket. )
You mention Force 10 From Navarone with Richard Kiel and Barbara Bach, but forgot to mention Robert Shaw (Red Grant in FRWL) and Edward Fox ("M" in NSNA) and the fact that it was directed by Bond alumnus Guy Hamilton!
A lot of other Bond actors were on that show, too. Off the top of my head I can remember seeing in the Emma Peel episodes: Christopher Lee (Never, Never Say Die), Robert Brown (The Town of No Return, the first Emma Peel episode), Phillip Locke (From Venus With Love), Bernard Horsefall (The Cybernauts, The Fear Merchants), Julian Glover (The Living Dead, Two's A Crowd), Steven Berkoff (The Gravediggers), Anthony Chinn (Room Without a View), Leslie French (You Have Just Been Murdered), Eunice Gayson (Quick Quick Slow Death), Fred Haggerty (The Hour that Never Was), John Hollis (The Cybernauts), Alf Joint (A Touch of Brimstone), Burt Kwouk (The Cybernauts), Geoffrey Palmer (A Surfeit of H2O) Anna Quayle (The Correct Way to Kill; maybe she was in the unofficial CR but her performance as a Russian agent in that episode is absolutely delightful), and James Villiers (Small Game For Big Hunters).
Actually, you can find just about all of the Avengers and Bond actors here:
