For anyone looking for this, as I have been since Dec, the second print is now available, I had it delivered today here in the UK from Amazon.
My copy arrived just in time for the Easter weekend (ordered before Christmas, just as they sold out!)
Guys, this is a must buy book! Great stuff.
I thoroughly recommend it - beautifully designed, printed and bound, with gilt-edged pages. The behind-the-scenes photographs are incredible and there's some fascinating insight from the crew (including Guy Hamilton) and local residents.
