I recognised 2 of them, the guy kissing the woman on the hand, and the older woman, both of which have dialoguie in SP. It would have helped if the SP agents had more development in the previous film for the sake of this scene, but this scene was still awesome IMO
Maybe, but if they were "Spectre's poisoners" then Spectre already had the island... I'm guessing Safin and his family were more of an independent organisation who did a few jobs for Spectre
I've been thinking of the "it's all connected" story in SP and NTTD. Is it connected with ... I ?mean, is it influenced by the times we live in? "It's all connected" could be the slogan of many conspiracy theories and theorists. Today conspiracy theories have more impact on the world than perhaps ever before. Am I on to something or an I imagining a conspiracy that's not real? 😂
Joking aside, I wonder if the conspiracy theory mindset where the moon landings, 9/11, Greta Thunberg and Covid are all connected. The phsycological need to see patterns and planning because it weirdly makes some people feel safer, has that mindset taken hold of society and the Bond movies? Or is it simply because of the Marvel movies? 🤣

But I didn't imagine Hugh bloody Dennis being there ( UK comedian and panel show captain)
So one SPECTRE agent I did spot standing behind Bond when they surround him, I thought was Fukutu (actor Tom So) from CR…because of his long grey hair.
But it out turns on IMDB the actor in NTTD is Clem So (Tom’s brother), and Clem also appeared in Skyfall (casino scene) and Spectre (Rome meeting)!
Maybe the mosquito line was erroneously left in when Purvis and Wade decided to include snaps shots of Raymond Benson's The Man With The Red Tattoo. Maybe Heracles was originally supposed to be spread by rabid mossies. Who knows? Yes, I too thought it a very odd line - it could have been edited out and made the movie twenty seconds shorter. Hurrah!
When M said 'Where's 007?' and not asking for Bond by name, was I thought where Nomi would walk into his office and everyone lose their mind . Ie the big reveal. But instead it cut to Dan on a yacht I think. So correlating 007 with Bond even though he is 5 years retired.
And what crap banter was that about have your code back, if she's 007 well that's it end of story. Why give it back for an afternoon. There's a job to be done, doesn't matter what u call each other.
As for the programming - I get it how he got Bond‘s DNA and I get how the nanobots have been planted into Bond‘s body. My question was, how could he programme the nanobots against Madeleine‘s DNA ( which he gathered from her hair sample)?

What was the relevance of Matilde complaining of mosquito bites when they were in the car fleeing Madeleines home?
It seemed odd to me that it was mentioned but didn’t go anywhere.
I was expecting this to be a prelude to Mathilde becoming sick but that wasn’t the case.
Any thoughts?
