Question for the email some of us may have received if we contacted Daniel Love from Royale Filmwear on the Shanghai Peacoat coming soon.

What can anyone say about the last version sold? Anyone with the Billy Reid Peacoat that can vouch for accuracy and/or closeness to materials? What of the fit?

I’ve saved up to buy it, but I want to make sure I’m getting a good quality Peacoat that is cheaper than the Billy Reid but understandably close to it.

Discussion of the Billy Reid peacoat, I would respectfully suggest, belongs in a Skyfall thread. There's already so much to follow about NTTD here!

So, last night was time for a second round and I paid much more attention to details. Here's some pieces I've managed to ID, some to come

Note of warning: please excuse me if I only post the picture of the item itself. We still don't have clearer versions, but trust me I have a very good memory.

Mathile wears this Bib skirt Mayoral Corduroy rosa salopette while BOnd prepares her breakfast

While meeting with Bond and M on Hammersmith Bridge, Tanner wears a Private White V.C. unlined cotton Ventile Mac coat in olive green. The most recognizable feature are the copper zipper and pop buttons, which only one shows in the outside placket.

RE: Private White confirmed it. Seems it could be the beige version. Really much depending on the lighting

Second item. Brifly seen in the boat sequence and then in Norway, Logan Ash wears a pair of Timberland boots in dark grey

I was trying to spot that too - it looks a bit like the Skyfall lighter, but I don't think it is that one

Is the Tom Ford blue Ottoman tie from NTTD available anywhere online at the moment?

I would much appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

Well I finally got the Connelly jacket and Massimo pants to go with it. The pants fit just right, not too lose or too tight and the Connelly has a decent width to it, I went with a medium and i feel It fits okay.. what do you guys think? The pit to pit is around 22.75 inches.... almost 23 as website mentions. Im still missing the shoes and of course the henley which hasn't been released... I feel if i had gone with a large it would be too wide and the sleeves would be long

I think the fits are good. Once the pants are hemmed and you have the boots on you’ll be set. Love the look.

I did it. I got the N. Peal pants. They are ridiculous and impractical and pointless, and I love them.

Does anything in my house speak to the futility and excess of collecting Bond memorabilia like these pants? I humbly suggest that no, nothing does. These pants are Bond Collector Excess personified.

I sucked in my gut to try them on just once and already my life is immeasurably improved.

These pants make $200 jeans seem a reasonable purchase.

With the purchase of these pants, the amount of buttons under my entire roof has doubled.

As a short man, the length is perfect. Imagine every pair of pants you buy, adding $40 to the price tag to have them properly hemmed. It's like these were already on discount, in context. I'm already saving money!

I now want all my pants to sit above my belly button. The 1950s were onto something. My grandpa knew what was up.

One might argue that you need the braces to complete the look but OF COURSE I BOUGHT THE BRACES. I'm not an idiot.

Now I just have to learn how to adjust braces.

The best part about these pants is that they will no doubt send me to Ebay to overpay for the Danner boots that sold out while my browser was refreshing. A thing that makes you want another thing: N Peal has reached god-tier consumerism. Geniuses. Visionaries.

People talk about the Brosnan era, the Craig era, etc. No more. For Bond fandom, there is now only before the N Peal pants, and after the N Peal pants. It's all different now.

Put on the pants and know serenity.

Don't forget the AUTUMN15 code, if it's still working.

It appears AUTUMN15 is no longer valid.

Quick question: Any Aussies ordered from Massimo Alba? I noticed that our country doesn’t appear by default on the ship-to list, and just wondered if anyone had been able to work something out with them.

After watching the film in IMAX and paying close attention, I believe the blue hat is Burberry.

Unless I saw it wrong, I could spot the “TB”, for “Thomas Burberry” embroidered logo, same color as the hat. The back strap looks correct as well. I immediately searched for this logo when I got home.

$400 usd baseball cap so I will pass, but enjoy, if it’s correct!

currently available blue seems to be lighter color.

I contacted Alessandro from Massimo Alba directly and he shipped to Australia without any issues, you’ll probably have to pay the customs duty if order is over $1000 though.

Honestly I would advise against ordering through Alessandro at MA. They charge full retail price when a lot of the MA Bond stuff can be found fairly substantially discounted from other retailers from time to time. Also, Alessandro's shipping rates to Australia are insane in my experience.

It was inevitable but your post finally pushed me off the cliff.

I'll be even crazier than you when I receive them, decide they don't fit right, return at my own expense, order a different size AND buy the jumper.

This is your fault HMHH 😂

tracking a package will be a wonderful distraction from the five(?) week wait we still have.

I picked this up for £19 and its a great fit, waxed cotton, looks effectively the same. I previously bought he Barbour version but no good for big noggins

Yes, it is a little more Navy in sunlight, however it has a mild waxed cotton effect. It's very much like the Barbour Covert Jacket colour
