    Depends on budget really.

    This may help;

    I currently just have a cheap £30 one, but I'm thinking of upgrading to something like a WOLF one;

    Severe lack of watch porn being shown on this thread recently. I’ll address the balance slightly.

    What do we think of the new Tudor Pelagos FXD?

    I think Tudor are really taking a swipe at the NTTD OMEGA Seamaster with this one. With the official Marine Nationale association, as per historial models of the Tudor Sub. Titanium, COSC, (I know the standard Pelagos already has these attributes), but this one just feels retro in the way the NTTD Seamaster does. The Tudor also comes with a ceramic bezel insert and at half the price of the OMEGA, it's a lot of the watch for the money.

    Personally, I would have preferred it on a 39/40mm case, shorter lug to lug and in a darker blue.

    I love the Pelagos: the titanium case makes it feel very classy without being showy and it just screams modern quality (even if a mate of mine had a bit of a trouble with the bezel falling apart in the sea! :) ). Other than the colour and strap the differences with that one don't seem to change the package too much to me.

    World War 1 officers trench watch. Possibly the earliest of British military Omega watches

    I really like this , it has the look of an old divers watch. I bought the Pelagos LHD 2020 model a while ago and I love it. As you mentioned, it is a lot of watch for the money, and I think the Tudors are great value compared to other watches on the market. Personally I would like to see it with a bracelet but for £2,900 I wouldn't complain.

    I'm sorry......that last hand...nearly killed me

    hey guys, would any of you guys here have the new nttd omega titanium model with the short milanese?

    my wrist is 16,5cm and im still contemplating on wether to get the short or long bracelet

    thanks to Lorenzo i am aiming more to the short , but would love to see the difference between the short and the standard mesh version on somebody with a smilir sized wrist so i know where the clasp falls. As they say it only dirfference 2cm so i have no idea if visuially it will affect the position of the clasp.

    Cheers guys

    16.5cm isn’t a large wrist. So you certainly wouldn’t need the long version.

    I have not looked at every post in this thread but the many I have looked and read they all have one theme in common, they are all in excellent or pristine condition, very expensive and a marquee brand name. Therefore my contribution my be considered out of place here but I am going for a new category, tatty, well used, well loved watch porn :) . My much loved Seiko H357 from For Your Eyes Only

    I know it isn’t Wednesday today … but it was three days ago and in fact the first Wednesday of 2022 when we visited some friends in Munich. And since I haven’t had the chance by then to get my hands on the latest 007 Edition, we also planned a quick stopover in the local OMEGA Boutique without even knowing, if they had at least a display model available. Luckily for me, they had one with the titanium bracelet - and not only for display purposes - and so I shortly after left with the 007 Edition on my left wrist.

    To be honest, I was very skeptical before I experienced the watch in person, because I read and watched so many reviews where people were reporting about sizing issues with the mesh bracelet and saying that it was very uncomfortable for people with small wrists. I have to admit that there is indeed a lot of titanium under the clasp, but it wasn’t and still isn’t a dealbreaker for me. There was one time where I had a little pressure mark under the clasp, but nothing major and nothing that other clasps and/or bracelets can’t cause.

    I’m very happy that I decided to get this watch and just went out today for a couple of shots. 😀

    Not to speak for him, but that appears to be the PO from Skyfall.

    Congrats, Gymkata!
