    Dear Doctor,

    I wish I could sneak this past my wife, if I could, I would buy this in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, I feel that it would be my last heartbeat once she saw the debit amount from our checking account for a single item, LOL!
    I hope that someone soon comes along to purchase this beautiful piece of clothing so I don't have to sit pondering just how my wife will end my existence should I make this purchase.

    42 is an XXS, althought OP said it feels more like a 44 (which is a S). For example I'm usually a medium in most brands like Sunspel and Orlebar Brown and I'm a 48 in most TF (or 50).
