Should Sharkey in Licence to kill have been named Quarrel Junior?

This is a question Calvin Dyson wondered in a recent YouTube video. I loved when the Connery to Brosnan era had those rare moments of continuity, so it's a yes from me

Probably, yes. But I think the Shark connection and 'Compliments of Sharkey' works very well.

Well, we already had a Quarrel Jr. in LALD, so probably not, to save confusion, and it wouldn’t have been good for Bond to have had another death on his hands from the same family.

Yeah, well, sometimes nothin' can be a real cool hand.

No, it's so much tragic to think that Quarrel Sr. Died, then Quarrel Jr. Also?

No, it's for the better that at least he'd made it out alive.

I don't want to see him got killed and suffering the fate of his father.

And he's one of the Bond allies that survived, few Bond allies had ended the film alive, and Quarrel Jr. Is one of them.
