One could make an argument for Gobinda but it always looked like Bond was two steps ahead of him. I mean he looks so intimidating but Bond just made him look so ridiculous all the time...

Not all the time, Rogue. After Magda dramatically exits from the balcony with the Faberge Egg Gobinda knocks Bond unconscious. Not quite two steps ahead on that occasion.
Lets hear it for Wint and Kidd. They were such great henchmen, if a little weird. I also like the three from Goldeneye. Boris, Xenia, as well a Orumov.

I like Xenia too, I also like Helga. I'm one of the few (like you with Naomi) not to keen on Fiona, much preferring her NSNA counterpart Fatima tenfold.
Oddjob was the best henchman. He always had that smile on his face, you have to like him. And who wouldn't like to crush a golf ball in their hand and kill someone with a bowler.
Oh good, May Day support! Not my all time favorite henchwoman (no RogueAgent and others, she's not a man) but still a remarkable villainess and she's not that bad looking.
Yes, Fatima Blush was VERY sadistic. But not in a 'sexy' way like Xenia, almost in a creepy way.
Mayday was a great henchwoman. What's more, she went off with a bang! ) I'm also partial to Wint and Kidd. What a great pair. Wint was pretty annoyed with Bond when Kidd went overboard, as can be seen when he tries even harder to strangle Bond. Oh, and Dario was a sly bugger. Is it just me, or was his nose broken TWICE in LTK?
But my hat goes off to Grant as the best henchman. Man was he sadistic - the grin on his face while he was explaining the plan to Bond in the train is almost as freaky as the one Kananga has when he carves Bond's forearm
