    pretty excited for where to place SPECTRE though -{

    Not sure why you say you are excited about where to place SPECTRE...you clearly have a dislike for Craig's films (comparable to other actors)...so is it just the PLACING of the movie you are excited about ? -{

    I don't dislike the Craig movies I even enjoy quite some scenes of them.
    but my problem with them is...the shift of the formula.I just don't like it when there are no gadgets, no M.penny, no Q AND Bond being so vulnerable and exploring his background. just miss the certain lightness and essential Bond elements.
    BUT after all the spoilers, the trailer and the tv spot I think SPECTRE will really be a return to form and therefore I'm looking forward to it {[]

    Though I don't care much for any of Craig's Bond films, I'm still excited for Spectre. I really like what I've seen from the trailers, and this means a lot since Daniel Craig's previous Bond films didn't excite me at all from the trailers. Spectre has the first trailer I've seen in a long time that doesn't make Bond look like a generic action film. The clothes are certainly more promising this time too, which means a lot to me.

    I can understand what you mean, whilst not entirely agreeing...I loved the trailers for Goldeneye but never felt the film lived up to them...clothes are subjective - I've loved most of Craig's stuff...even if I've found them out of my reach money wise ....

    Skyfall had these elements but that languishes 21st on your list...I fear you will be disappointed with some aspects of SPECTRE given what you don't like...

    Hating on the newest flavor is the common trend. And I don't think having a strict rigid set of requirements on what makes a movie good is any way to respect or promote artistry.

    I'm not hating man I'm just saying these films aren't the same enjoyment for me as certain others
    I still like them otherwise I wouldn't be a Bond-fan
    nothing to do with respect of artistry it's just a personal opinion -{

    Jarvio probably has AVTAK at No. 1 too.

    CORRECTION: It's actually at No. 2 in his list, but still.

    NSNA doesn't count. His worst would have to be DAF. He looks completely out of shape, he doesn't speak clearly and he just doesn't seem interested. People say he doesn't seem interested in YOLT, but I have not problem with him there.

    I'm glad someone else agrees. I rank YOLT much higher than most people, and second after FRWL in Connery's films. It's the first completely original (not written by Fleming) Bond film, and the best of the non-Fleming Bond films.

    Connery's performances:

    DN/FRWL/GF > YOLT > TB > NSNA > DAF

    That's how I'd rank his movies as well.

    I wouldn't say that Connery was bored by the Time of YOLT, but he did look tired in DAF.
