Ive had a very difficult time narrowing it down to just a few. Im sure this ranking will change and im also sure that some of these have been mentioned already--so forgive me.
1.First Bond James bond scene in Doc No. Epitomizes the character. Awesome.
2.TIE I think he got the point.and I know a little about women. Connery defines cool in Thunderball.
3. Brosnan catches up to plane in Goldeneye teaser. When the audience I was with cheered, I knew Bond was back in a big way.
I could name many others, but ill spare you.
I have so many favorite Bond scenes but I think one of them has to be the opening scene in The Spy Who Loved Me when Bond is being chased by the bad guys on skis down a mountain and he skis right off the edge of a huge cliff, falls for a while, than the flag of England parachute slowly opens up and the theme song begins. That stunt is mind blowing and the scene is a great opening to one of my favorite Bond movies.
Another favorite, and I know many will disagree, is from On Her Majesty's Secret Service. Call me sentimental, but I think the final scene when James is stooped over his dead wife and he sais something along the lines of "don't mind us, we have all the time in the world" has a captivating emotion in it.
FAVORITE STUNT
The motorcycle/plane stunt in the PTS of GE. The look on Ourumov's face after he tells his troops to wait - it's like Bond's reputation has preceded him and Ourumov just wants to see how and if Bond gets out of his predicament. Priceless.

I love reading everyone's favorites. It's like a "best of" montage.
I was thinking the submarine car from The Spy Who Loved Me may have in fact been the definitive movie magic moment for me as a child
that moment in a movie theater when I was swept away once and for all in the sensation that anything can happen in a movie
sorta like I imagine Dorothy stepping out from b&w Kansas to fullcolour Oz would have been to my parents generation
within a year of that submarinecar experience I also saw Star Wars and Close Encounters at the movie theater and those definitely gave me another dose of what I was looking for
soon I was like a junkie, always hanging round the theaters trying to relive that sensation yet again, never feeling it like the first time and becoming jaded and cynical yet always coming back for more
Melina and 007 have just escaped Gonzales' men and are packing to go to Madrid airport. Bond notices shes still shaken and it all comes spilling out that she is really after the man who paid Gonzales. The steely grit and determination shown by Melina Havelock was a revelation.
Both Moore and Carole Bouquet are superb in this small scene.
Other then that I think the dinner with Scaramanga scene in TMWTGG is wonderfully sinister and witty...
It's very traditional, I guess. I had to chose between "You've had your six" in Dr No, the Orient express fight in FRWL, Bond kills Killifer in LTK. CR is to fresh in my mind to quallify.
I'll have to go with From Russia with Love ...
It's so hard in a series with 21 films to pick just one favorite scene. I'll do it with the reservation that there are plenty other scenes that are simply amazing, but by nature of this thread, can't be mentioned:

My favorite Bond scene is in DAF when Bond steps out of the window and climbs to the top of the Whyte House. Just the way you see him do it so easily, with complete silence and then a beautiful tune when he hangs in the air, with the magnificent view of Las Vegas and the view cars you hear below, just always gives me a really special feeling.
In Casino Royale, after Bond battles a machete-wielding Steven Obanno and chokes him to death in the casino stairwell, he returns to his room and tends to his injuries. While he's standing in front of the bathroom mirror, he pours himself a scotch and studies his reflection. It's a haunting moment and you can clearly see the impact of taking a life in Bond's eyes.
