Raymond Benson's short story Blast From The Past (1997) answers your question. James Suzuki, son of Kissy and 007, is central to the plot (no spoilers). The story was published in that year's January edition of Playboy, but as with Benson's other Bond short stories remains uncollected in a book edition. There have been vague rumours that they will be published as a book one day, but so far (as far as I know; somebody please correct me if I'm wrong!) that has come to nothing. He would need to write a few more (there were four, some quite short) to fill out a book.
John Gardner has been quoted as saying that Glidrose wouldn't allow him to use that character in his Bond series. And no, TMWTGG doesn't add any information.

Well, you can't blame Benson for Bond's fathering a child since it happened in Fleming's YOLT.
Exactly. All we know for sure is that at the close of You Only Live Twice 007 leaves Japan for Russia and that his lover Kissy Suzuki is secretly pregnant with his child. That's it--that's what Ian Fleming wrote. And no more.
Several years later,John Pearson gave James Bond an adult son by Kissy whom he named James Suzuki in his fictional biography of the "real" James Bond.Raymond Benson picked up on this idea and featured 007's adult son James Suzuki in the short story "Blast From the Past".
But it's entirely possible that Fleming's Kissy had a daughter instead of a son,or twins or might even have terminated her pregnancy. What Fleming planned to do with this particular subplot will always remain a mystery.
However, considering the number of lovers 007's had over the course of the novels, it's difficult to imagine that he didn't father a few children along the way. This also holds true for the cinematic 007.
Good point.
007's had many romantic liasons and it's entirely possible for him to have unknowingly fathered several children by a variety of women as a result.
We call this 'fanwank' in other circles.
I was under the impression that Eon may have had a little to do with killing off James Suzuki, perhaps they didn't want an unofficial James Bond Jr series of films starting up.
My own thinking is that Benson just wanted to come up with a shocking crime for the elderly Irma Bunt to commit, and what better than to murder the young man 007 had (apparently)acknowledged as his offspring? It's perfectly in character for her, seeing as she was also the person who had murdered Bond's bride Tracy years before.
Apt term...I like it! That's why discussions here can sometimes get messy!
Here's a Kleenex ;%
and i know James Suzuki get his name in a book you have already indicated, but why is his name James? Kissy never knew his name was James Bond, she called him by his Japanese name "Taro Todoroki"
and James Bond jr. really sucked.
Irrelevantly , it was in TMWTGG: "The last he had heard, she had had two children by the Philadelphia lawyer she had married." I seem to recall his name was Wilder...
She had 2 kids, go ahead, start talking about how the first is a Bond Kid.
and, isn`t another Bond Kid in another book or comic story?
