This may sound strange, and once the forgers read this they will change their wording, and my top ten tips will become nine! But I have noticed that there are only a few genuine dealers that use the term 'Hand signed' but almost every forger uses it ! I have no idea why this is, I think it must be some form of subliminal action, whereby as the forger has signed all his own items with his hand, it must therefore be hand signed!
See the ebay page, how the author even writes "hand" in capitols and uses a different colour for it... Man...

That really is very poor X-(
I hope Andy at Bondstars nails this guy and saves some poor sucker from wasting their money.
I was at a "Star Trek" convention a few years ago and in the dealers' room was a large sales stand run by an autograph company. All over it (along with signed photos of all the Trek stars) were signs saying that they "absolutely guaranteed" their autographs, that every one of them came with a Certificate, that each one was 100% definitely signed In Person, etc, etc. Just as I got there, Walter Koenig (Chekov) was having a word with the guy running the stand - he was pointing to a signed photo of himself and repeating, "That's not my signature!". And the guy was very politely trying to shut him up.
I used to work at HTV television in Wales - we made a Disney Channel TV series in the 1980s. "Return To Treasure Island" with Brian Blessed as Long John Silver. I was walking past the Press Office one day and saw several people gathered around a table covered with boxes of 10x8 photos. "Right", one guy was saying, "You sign the Brian Blessed photos, you do the Chris Guard and I'll do the Ken Colley ones..."
I think that if Sean Connery signs your little book in front of your eyes: great - if you know the person you're getting an autograph from: dandy. But don't pay silly prices on Ebay or wherever else for a signed photo!

Hey, the sellers says LIFETIME GUARANTEE! Poor fellow, must be seeing the light as we speak...
Possibly the worst Roger Moore fake autograph I've ever seen.
Another tip - Roger would NEVER write 007 underneath
