  This again?!? We don't even have a title, a director, or a cast (and only sketchy information about a script)--why on earth would a singer already be picked?

  Good question. I know almost nothing about her, though I did listen to a couple of samples of her music. She could pull it off. The quotes in the article suggest she's had some discussion with the Bond producers, but I don't know how reliable it is.

  I think if CR is a big hit, then it will only be a matter of minutes before ever star and their dog has been given an interview to be the new singer/Bond girl/villian/Bond/director/composer and so on.
  
  On the plus side, this singer seems more talented than Britney Spears. (Of course, Ive never heard her sing, but ive heard britney, so im going from there)
