We've heard of these, and I'm sure many of us have played this game but has anyone had an encounter with these ghosts? They usually wield crossbows and kill in one shot. Many think it's James Bond but I think it's one person and one person only...

That's right everyone... I think the ghost is Melina Havelock. However, I've had a run-in but not a fatal one, when something kept calling the elevator but I killed everyone.
