Dan Is Dr No Over Sex

Here are a couple of articles from The Sun's website that may provide some amusement/interest.

007 Dan is 'Dr No' over sex

http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2-2006520165,00.html

James Bond star Daniel Craig was so nervous over his sexy bedroom scenes in new movie Casino Royale that he used STAND-INS.

Daniel, 38, admitted: "I had stunt men all the way.

"Stunt p***s? I've got four or five."

But the blond 007 was determined to do his own stunts outside the bedroom.

He revealed: "I got hurt every day.

"All the stunt guys are as hard as teak - I can't show any pain in front of them." The movie premieres next week in London.

Tut, Tut, Daniel. Throwing Fleming in a bin.

Daniel wasn't stirred by 007

http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2004580002-2006520072,00.html

DANIEL CRAIG admits he only auditioned for James Bond as a "bit of a giggle".

The actor, who stars in the latest 007 movie Casino Royale, says he only thought the book was "alright" when he read it and he wasn't dead set on doing the flick.

He told Virgin Radio breakfast show host CHRISTIAN O' CONNELL how he wasn't that keen on getting the Bond job.

He said: "Believe me this was off my radar. I hadn't many ambitions to do this but Barbara gave me a call and said, 'Please come and say hello'. I thought this was bit of a giggle.

"I remember I got a copy of the book and I was reading on the tube. I got of the tube at Piccadilly, finished the last page, threw it in the bin and went, 'Well that was alright'."

He added: "I really wanted to hate the script and then think this is the decision made - how could I possibly get involved with such s**t?"

Luckily he didn't think like that.

Daniel has gone down a storm in his first outing as the secret agent.

I'll be bringing you all the news from the UK premiere next week.

I'm sorry; I've been pretty agnostic about Craig all these months. I've defended him, and refrained from being overly critical. But he threw a book in the bin?!?!?!?!?!

I'm shocked, outraged and horrified. What's the CnB website address again? :o

    :)) :)) :))

I think CnB is already aware of this outrage and has dispatched a death squad to hunt Craig down.

Meanwhile British scientists announced they will genetically engineer the next Bond actor to have the proper worshipful attitude toward all things 007.

C'mon Jetset, you should know better. The full text says he tore off the book cover to avoid anyone seeing him read it for publicity avoidance, then when he finished it he binned it cos, you know, it's a ruined copy.

As for 'that's allright, ' well it's the intonation etc! He's not dissing it.

I think Jetset was being facetious, which is why I laughed at his post. Right Jetset??

    Good thinking Napoleon...

It makes me remember something Seinfeld said about the books: "Why keeping Books desperately if you maybe won´t read them again?"

besides, probably he can buy Fleming`s manuscript if he wants... soon he will earn lot of cash to do it

Before any of you say anything about the stunt doubles in bed... i would do it to, and that won´t make me less of a man or more gay than others... so please if you don´t understand that, don´t talk about it.

I understand about the stunt doubles. And that's why I would like to be the first to volunteer .... :007)
Actually, I'm pretty sure Craig was joking about that.

I was not aware that the chaps at CnB could read the likes of Fleming. CnB: A quantum of solace for the ill-informed indeed.
