...do they do you credit?
Did anyone spot Richards Branson's cameo??
Blink and you'll miss him. Unlike the placement for Virgin Atlantic.

As Bond watches Carlos go through the metal detector in MIA, Branson is being frisked to the right of the detector.

Perhaps we should have this thread with things to look out for in the film from those who have seen it - for those who can stomach spoliers and surprises, cameos, placements etc
Yes, but I thought it detracted from the film however brief it was.
It is odd how Miami Airport seems to only support Virgin Atlantic isn't it!
Who spotted Michael G?
But I'm not crazy. Just blind. The story actually says that "much" of Branson's cameo -- not all -- wound up on the cutting room floor.
Oh well. Bartender, hit me again ...
But at least there are only cameos, hopefully they don''t talk, unlike the disgusting (can`t think another word, maybe annoying) "cameo" made by Madonna, in which everybody (even Pierce Brosnan)were licking her bots, like you know, in family guy when Peter Griffin shows a cameo (OMG Lois, that's Madonna, you know, Madonna. Look at her Lois... it's Fr****ing Madonna). And the editing, you easily notice than they filmed that part way appart the original scene... Now that's disturbing....
And Product placemente seems to be everywere...
Ops, kind of off-topic, so i must shut my keyboard for a while 'till i see this movie
I thought the Michael G Wilson cameo was the biggest he's had - was he trying to look like a pimp or something??
No, he did more in TND; about the same amount of screen time plus some dialogue.
I enjoyed Wilson's CR cameo, and didn't find it too intrusive.
Nice to know I'm not going crazy after all! I spotted him, but then thought to myself that it couldn't possibly be Richard Branson. No need for Specsavers then.
He played one of the cyclists in Goldeneye!
I had no idea about the cameo in GE, but in CR i sa it in the second time, i mean, i saw it both times, but i only realize he was him. He was outside the airport.
It seems that Versper's Boss, the one who is with M when she calls Bond near the end is also a cameo, would anyone be so kind and tell me who is him?
Wilson is a bit too chicken-necked and stoop shouldered to be the local sheriff, but I recognized him immediately.
That indeed is some "famous" model that turns rather dopily to eye Bond.
Branson's cameo was very brief, and truth be told, I'd bet a lot of Americans have no idea who he is.
I was wondering if Chris Cornell or David Arnold had cameos? Was anyone besides the principals in either the casino or Venice plaza scenes a celebrity or a known member of the crew?
That's exactly what I was contemplating. He seems very mysterious at the moment.
Would it be Dryden?
Wilson has made made many cameos in most of the films. He played one of the Chief's of Security in TLD and he played one of the USS crewmen in TSWLM. He's done plenty. B-)
You are probably correct there! I hadn't noticed him in this film!
I believe he was in the opera sitting besides a lady, i have no idea he was a chief of something.
He was in the Russian board in GE, the journalist that has a conference with Carver in TND, a casino staff in TWINE, and the Chief of police in Montenegro but i don't recall him anywhere else.
Your absoloutly correct. That is in fact his wife....I don't know her name however.
He has also the Greek Priest in FYEO, Member of Soviet Union in OP, a Soldier in GF and a few more!!
