Izabella Scorupco is one of the most appealing and gorgeous and attractive and stunning women on this planet! She is so HOT, she is the hottest Bond girl alive, and the character was amazing, deeper than many Bond girls expanding all over the era.
Jinx, yes, I agree. While Halle is attractive, here in this role she doesn't show it, she is way more sexy as Storm in the X-men movies.
I agree that Halle is not appealing. That being said, I think she's her sexiest in DAD. I just don't like her "acting" in anything. But she gets a free pass because that whole movie is a comicbook.
i agree that halle berry isnt bery appealing, dont know why so i cant exxplain, as for sabella in goldeneye, i find her goregous, and for some reason i think that tracy (diana rigg) in OHMSS is one of the sexiest bond girls ever!
Harry Palmer Somewhere in the past ...Posts: 325MI6 Agent
I also thought she was unappealing. Maybe too agressive: and the chemistry with Brosnan was not great. So much so that I found myself hoping for a little more Rosamund Pike, and siding with her in the final show-down
Didn't care at all for Halle at all. I didn't really care for Jill St John either. I don't know why, but, she never appealed to my liking. As for Izabella...I think that she is one of the hottest Bond girls and was great in GE.
Indeed I think if anything Halle Berry has been the most unappealing bond girl ever. Izabella Scorupco was definitely not bad, but by no means the best.
I really don't understand all the hate directed at Halle Berry. I found her combination of sexiness and assertiveness quite appealing; lots of Bond girls tried to convey both qualities but very few succeeded. Still, to each his own.
Michelle Yeoh on the other hand is definitely at the top my most unappealing list. I didn't find her physically attractive at all, she always seemed to overcompensate in trying to show us she was Bond's equal and it seemed every line that came out of her mouth was some variation on "I can take care of myself".
Yea I forgot about her, would be a close run thing between her and halle, unless i've forgotten someone else. What a coincidence you would mention her name though.
Two Bond girls than in terms of roar attractiveness don't seem quite so appealing to me are Honor Blackman and Diana Rigg. I feel that this commonly gets overlooked due to their central and world famous roles in their respective movies and strangely both were older than their incumbent Bond at that time.
Honor Blackman was 37 in Goldfinger, compared to Connery who was 34. Rigg was 30 to Lazenby's 29. Both actresses play strong, central characters in their movie that in many ways made them ahead of their time. Blackman of course was Pussy Galore, a name so notorious that it was almost dropped and tamed to the less contraversial Kitty Galore. Apparently at the Goldfinger premiere, Blackman said her character's name as often as possible. When OHMSS was in pre-production, the absence of Connery from the movie meant that the shift of early advertising went to Rigg's character as Bond's bride.
Does this make Blackman and Rigg "sacred"? Is it unfair to suggest that the most famous ever Bond girl and the girl who Bond actually marries aren't anywhere as attractive as some of the other beauties that Bond has bedded?

Diana Rigg is very nice,if OHMSS would have been a better Bond film I think she would get notice.Without Connery that movie sucks.
There are actually quite a few unappealing Bond girls imo, but two of the worst are Akiko Wakabayashi as "Aki," and Maryam D'Abo as "Kara Milovy." They are both two of the most annoying Bond girls imo, (especially Aki. I can't stand her) and they are both extremely ugly. In YOLT, I thought Kissy was 10x more sexy than Aki. There aren't many Bond characters that I flat out hate, or even dislike, but I seriously hate both of them.
While we are discussing non appealing Bond girls, I think it's interesting to consider other stunning actresses who failed to win a particular role. Here are a few:
Julie Christie - Tracey in OHMSS
Diana Ross - Solitaire in LALD
Salma Hyeck - Jinx in DAD
These 3 actresses alone are all stunningly beautiful and I'd love to know the reasons as to why they were unsuccessful.

Raquel Welch was considered for Jill St. John's part in Diamonds.

I'm pretty sure Raquel Welch was actually up for Domino in TB.

Julie Christie - I guess they were just elated to land Diana Rigg.
Diana Ross - They changed the character of Solitaire to make her white (Rosie Carver was originally white, but they switched the roles - would have loved to see Pam Grier play her, if they indeed decided to go with a 'blaxploitation flick' actress like Gloria Hendry). I enjoyed Jane Seymour in the role of Solitaire.
For me there are two: Wai Lin and Jinx. I am a fan of both Michelle Yeoh and Halle Berry (whom I consider to be absolutely gorgeous) but their Bond characters annoy me to death due to their need to be 'Bond's equal.' There are a few other Bond girls whom I don't love (such as what's her name from TLD ) but none to the extend that I wish they had been killed; which is what I felt with Wai Lin and Jinx.
"He’s a man way out there in the blue, riding on a smile and a shoeshine. And when they start not smiling back—that’s an earthquake. and then you get yourself a couple of spots on your hat, and you’re finished. Nobody dast blame this man. A salesman is got to dream, boy. It comes with the territory." Death of a Salesman
I would love to have seen Salma Hyeck in DAD. Based on what she did in Desperado and Once Upon A Time In Mexico I think she could have been great. For one thing she is beautiful, but also she probably wouldn't have attempted to become the 'female Bond' which is what Halle tried to be.

I should have put this under my eccentric Bond opinions post, but I do not like Ursula Andress's looks. Her acting also does not appeal to me because she is too quiet and coy, and does not make much of an impression.
I don't agree with the person who stated Miranda Frost and Bond had no chemistry. There was a lot of fire and energy in their scenes together.
Two would be M. Yeoh and Carey Lowell. I'm Not a fan of Aisin women and Lowell has a great body but not much in the way of looks.
Bond: You don't think I enjoyed what we did this evening, do you? What I did tonight was for King and country! You don't think it gave me any pleasure, do you?
Fiona: But of course, I forgot your ego, Mr. Bond. James Bond, who only has to make love to a woman and she starts to hear heavenly choirs singing.
Sophie Marceau is one of the worst actresses in the world, but she's very attractive, with big breasts, so most people tend to forgive her. I don't. She's terrible.

Definitely one for the eccentric and "mad" post. She's definitely one for the top of the pile. Absolutely gorgeous.

And if any of you say Grace Jones...
I like all the other Bond girls just fine.
Halle need a differnet hairdo or something, but all in all she fit sthat Bond movie which is just flat bad.

It's all jmho of course.
Lotta people here like her though.

Salma Hayek - I would have LOVED to see that!
Selma would make a great Bond,But she is aready to well known,a Bond girl should be fresh on the scene type.
Halle Berry as Jinx - Not a fan at all, I think shes very plain looking
Honor Blackman as Pussy Galore - I've never seen the attraction with her
Maud Adams in Either film - She just has a lack of appeal for me
She might not have been the best actress for the part, but she definately had the good looks for it IMO.

Halle Berry has been mentioned often and I don't get it. I thought her character was fine and she is hot.
