Only just discovered this version of "Tennessee whiskey".... amazing what you can do
with only two chords -{ https://youtu.be/IBLruNfUqUs
I was listening to that very performance a few hours ago while making dinner! I can’t get enough of Stapleton’s music—I love it -{
If you like that - have a listen to these two songs from Joe Bonamassa and Beth Hart. The first one isn't that dissimilar to 'Tennessee Whiskey' but way better in my opinion - each to their own of course when it comes to musical tastes.
{[] All good stuff Mr_Snow , With "Tennessee Whiskey " I now have a song which
I can play the song and Into, at a party etc, and people will think I can actually
play the guitar .... as I'm mainly a 3 chord master

Critics and material I don't need. I haven't changed my act in 53 years.

Been listening to quite a bit of this band lately...amazing energy, edgy lyrics with social/political comment throughout most of their stuff…this is Carcinogenic by IDLES -{

Been listening to the new album from Maxïmo Park called Nature Always Wins...
THE JOSHUA TREE, ACHTUNG BABY< ZOOROPA, POP - a splendid series of albums. Not sure why I'm missing Rattle and Hum and The Unforgettable Fire.
I saw the POPMART tour and I remember being blown away by it. I didn't 'get' the album at all until I heard it live, the thunderous, angry drive of the narratives. I think they played every song bar If God Will Send HIs Angels. Brilliant memories and POP is still one of my fav albums of the 1990s (although there are a great many of them.)

This is Partly Of My Making 🍸
Music makes my mind travel and for some reason I'm always going back to 80s music, 5hit or not 😁
Anyway every time I listen to this song I hear some thing like "you can take sanctuary in a white transit van" 🤣🤣🤣
Oh and BTW That bloke in the large brimmed hat can f@%k right off, ive seen him while on gas pain relief in Hospital and in a dream 😂
Uh huh 😁
I absolutely love that song 😍
Radio6 Music has played it quite a bit lately 👏🏻
They still sound the same, in a white transit van 😁
Listening to this currently…heavily 80’s inspired 🍸
Relistened to U2 while writing.
