BURN THE DEVILS OF FORD...WE WANT ASTON MARTIN!!!!!

    NOT. lets get serious:

It seems awesome indeed, but i don't quite like it in the front (i prefer the Aston's "grill" rather the Jag's one). and it looks more like a sedan than a Coupe (is not an obligation for Bond to have a Coupe)

But this Jag, as the Aston before and even the Bentley says one thing: Luxury. So it may have some Vaccines in some part.

But for Craig, i'm not so ready to have a Q car.

Love the Jag. The DBS was sweet, but I wouldn't be sad to see Craig tooling around in that C-FX.

Bond in a Jag C-XF? That poor, poor man -- but sometimes a civil servant must make sacrifices for the sake of Queen and country. I have one question: Does every government agency in the U.K. have a car pool like SIS's?

...Well...if they can put Bond in a Beemer---or an AMC Javelin, or Citroen (!!) ---I should think anything might be possible.

Equally distressing, to me, is the notion that the marriage between Eon and Ford has become so sacrosanct that the new owner of Aston Martin would be impossible to approach... :#

...Then again, perhaps it's time for Bond to not have a car for a movie, and simply commandeer one (and drive it masterfully, like the Mustang Mach I, Citroen, AMC, et al.)...

I'd still like to see the DB5 make a cameo as his 'personal' vehicle ;)

This is slightly off-topic, but apparently the new owner of Aston Martin will be James Packer of Australia. ;)

10 bucks says he'll give the managing position to a game show host. He did that for the TV network that he owns.

They could just have no car for Bond 22! Maybe give the villian a Jag or something.

The jag will appear, even if it has to be Michael G. Wilson's cameo car. probably every car will be Ford's. Remember the Bondeo in Bahamas?

About the DB5, well, is Bond's car after all, he won it and i don't think the contract says that it can't appear.

Besides Aston's "bond" with 007 won't finish over here, All Bond's (except Moore) had an Aston.

I think the XF looks ugly. I'd prefer the XKR.

When I read this my stomach turned.

The a few of the recent jaguars have looked nothing short of cheap Aston Martin knock off's. Especially the XK series.

But this is different, there is something inherently Aston about it but it doesn't look like a clone. I like it.

However, I would prefer Bond in an Aston or something a bit more 'British'.

This is only a concept car - apparently for the next generation "S" Type - the actual car when it comes of the production line will look almost nothing like this - certainly no where near as extreme.

I don't have so much of a problem with Bond driving a Jag - at least it's an English brand. He's driven so many types of cars it doesn't really matter - the Aston Martins are sometime just used for the sake of it.

I still look forward to the day when James Bond will drive a Bentley on-screen ... I guess I shouldn't hold my breath!

    Bloody commercialisation! X-(

Ever since Goldfinger the Aston has been THE Bond car and I am always dissapointed when there is a Bond film without the Aston Martin.

seeing as bond seems to be driving an ambulance in CR (defibrillator in the glovebox) the jag would fit the bill perfect, what with that huge front grill, i can just see that opening up and a fully equipped operating table gracefully gliding out complete with surgeons.
    what would Q think ????? :D

If Bond's next car isn't the Aston, and it must be a Ford car, then it must be this:
