Hey, anyone have a good, reasonably undistorted, fairy hi-res (5" x 7" 300 dpi) of the "program" seen in OP?

I've gone through every reference book I've got and the best I can do is a shot or two along the lines of the above; hoping someone has a clean scan of this or can point me to a better resource.
